Small Business Saturday is just around the corner. And that means it’s time for you to start thinking about how you can make your business stand out! There are tons of opportunities for unique marketing efforts throughout the holiday season but here are a few to help get you started!

1. Put Up Signage

2. Promote a Special Holiday Deal or Bundle
You know shoppers are looking for the best possible deals - especially this time of year!
3. Have a Raffle
Special promotions and activities like this are a great way to increase traffic and get customers involved.
4: Partner with Other Businesses
Small Business Saturday shoppers are likely out specifically to support their local businesses, so it can be beneficial to team up with other local businesses to offer special packages, promotions, or prize baskets. It's a win-win for everyone involved!
5. Share Your Business's Story
Customers often love the idea that they are supporting a local, independent, or family business. Sharing your story with them via signage, your website, or social media, can make them feel more connected to you and your brand.
6. Use Relevant Hashtags
Use the #ShopSmall, #SmallBizSat, and #SmallBusinessSaturday hashtags to alert customers that you are taking part in Small Business Saturday. You can also create your own hashtag that's specific to your business so customers can share their experiences.

Offer free gifts or services with purchase: Offering things like a small, festive gift with purchase or free gift wrapping can be a simple way to make your customer's shopping experience more enjoyable.

Share information about products or services you have available. Shoppers are always looking for fresh gift ideas!
